The episode starts with Leela questioning Anupama and Vanraj to inquire about the possibility of treating Paritosh. Vanraj tells Shahs that the doctor has given Paritosh the best care possible. He claims he is no longer in danger, but it is unknown when he will be fully recovered. He further explains that one should constantly be with Paritosh. Hasmuk still can’t believe Paritosh had a paralytic attack.
He says with old people one is prepared anything can happen but Paritosh. He breaks down. Both Vanraj and Anupama cry. They recall their meeting with Paritosh. Samar tells Anupama that he was wondering what else could go wrong before meeting Paritosh. He collapses in the arms of Anupama and Vanraj. Samra is consoled by Adhik.Anupama is distressed. She encourages and decides that she will stop sobbing. Anupama is trying to get ready to care for Paritosh.
She receives a call from Maya. Maya asks Anupama regarding Paritosh. Maya is informed by Anupama that there is no certainty that Paritosh will recover quickly. She states that Paritosh is sick. Anupama asks Maya to look after Anu because she felt concerned about her absence the last time. Maya tells Anupama not to worry about Anu and to concentrate on Paritosh. Anupama requests that Maya not feed Anu unhealthy foods.
Maya believes Dimpy and Ankush taught her. Anupama stated that she handled everything. Maya asserts that she is a mother. Anupama asks Maya to set up a video call so she can see Anu. Maya assures Anupama. Barkha asks if Maya is preparing coffee. Maya asks if Barkha wants. Maya is asked by Barkha if she sees any opportunities in the situation. Maya and Barkha argue. Barkha informs Maya that she must go with or without Anu in 15 days.
Kinjal asks about Anupama’s feelings amid her divorce from Vanraj and his accident. Anupama remarked that she recalls mostly good occasions. Kinjal is inspired by her to face the challenges ahead. Hasmuk reassures Kinjal that Paritosh is safe. Kinjal believes that Paritosh must recover as soon as possible for the sake of Pari and everyone else. Rakhi has arrived to comfort Kinjal. Kinjal falls apart.
Rakhi chooses to bring Kinjal along. Anupama offers comfort to Vanraj. Vanraj feels sad for Kinjal for having to go through so much pain. Kinjal still adores Paritosh, according to Anupama. Despite Leela’s desires, Rakhi becomes adamant about taking Kinjal with her. Kinjal and the rest are taken aback.
Anupama informs Vanraj that Kinjal could have given up on Paritosh a long time ago, but she is still hopeful. Vanraj tells Anupama that Kinjal looks like her. Despite his and Leela’s grief, he realizes she never left the house. Vanraj is remorseful for what happened to Paritosh. Kinjal will not accompany Rakhi.
