The episode starts with Kinjal telling Hasmuk and Leela to sleep while Samar is staying with Paritosh. Kavya returns home and collapses. Kinjal inquires about the nature of the situation with Kavya. Anupama and Anuj discussed Maya. They decide not to pass any judgment on Maya based on assumptions. Maya believes the moment has come to commence the mission.
She claims she doesn’t care what other people think of her. Leela and Hasmuk grow worried seeing Kavya. They ask Kavya why she is crying while Vanraj asks Kavya to stop crying. Kavya informs Shahs that she has been fired due to Vanraj’s actions. Vanraj is chastised by her for neglecting to appreciate her efforts. Kavya asks Vanraj to stop acting like Leela. She states that this mansion turns everyone else into Anupama, but Anupama grew tired and departed.
Kavya burst into tears and accused Vanraj of destroying her career. Vanraj regrets and apologizes to Kavya. Kavya tells Vanraj to stop apologizing. Leela speaks that Kavya and Kinjal are busy with their jobs and question why they both don’t want to take Paritosh’s responsibility to which Rakhi declares that Kinjal will not take Paritosh’s responsibility. Vanraj asks everyone why they’re getting into arguments with each other even when Paritosh is back home.
Kavya clears to Vanraj that Paritosh is not her responsibility as her career is while Rakhi decides to take Pari with her. She suggests Kinjal focus on her career because Shahs cannot take care of Pari too which stuns Leela and Vanraj. Kavya collapses. Anuj inquires Anupama if she is fine to which Anupama questions Anuj why he is awake. Anuj tells Anupama that he missed her way too much.
He adds Anupama doesn’t need to return to Shahs. Anupama hugs Anuj. Leela breaks down in front of Anuj and Anupama. Anuj and Anupama notice Leela upset and ask her why she looks worried. Vanraj walks to them and speaks nothing has happened. Leela intervenes and says her curse backfires. She discloses to Anupama that she cursed her that her house would fall apart, but she realized Shahs is nothing against her.
Anupama learns Paritosh has been injured. Leela urges Anupama to accompany her to take proper care of Paritosh. Maya is ecstatic. Leela becomes adamant about taking Anupama. Vanraj request Leela to refrain from disturbing Anupama because they must deal with their troubles alone. Leela begs Anupama and Anuj. Barkha requests that Leela contact nurses assist Paritosh. She claims Leela wants to split up Anuj and Anupama.
Anupama, according to Leela, is the only doctor or nurse who can help Paritosh. Leela, according to Barkha, is emotionally blackmailing Anupama. Anupama and Anuj are both surprised. Leela describes herself as selfish. Anupama decides to go to Shah’s house. Anuj is dissatisfied with Anupama. Anupama decides to accompany Anu. Vanraj appreciates Anuj’s comprehension.
